Data deletion instructions

Bechakena (Infotech POS)

To delete the data Bechakena holds about you (your messages with a shop that uses Bechakena, your profile name and platform ID, and any order details you gave in the chat):

  1. Send an email to sakibulrasel@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Tell us the name of the shop or Facebook Page you messaged, and the name shown on your Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram account (or the phone number for WhatsApp).
  3. We confirm the request and delete your data within 30 days. Order records the shop must keep for accounting are anonymised instead.

You can also ask the shop you messaged to delete your data; they can request it from us.

If you removed Bechakena's access in your Facebook settings, you can use the same email to request deletion.

তথ্য মুছে ফেলার নিয়ম

  1. sakibulrasel@gmail.com ঠিকানায় "Data deletion request" বিষয় দিয়ে ইমেইল করুন।
  2. যে দোকান বা ফেসবুক পেজে মেসেজ করেছিলেন তার নাম এবং আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের নাম (হোয়াটসঅ্যাপের ক্ষেত্রে ফোন নম্বর) জানান।
  3. ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে আপনার তথ্য মুছে ফেলা হবে।
